About this position

What you can expect

You will function as interface with the IT department to national and international companies. Your tasks include the acceptance and remote processing of incidents, service requests and changes. You will forward qualified service requests to downstream support units (2nd/3rd level support) and maintain the ticket system in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA). 

What you should bring to the table

  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable IT education  
  • Furthermore, you already have experience in the IT environment, especially in first-level user support 
  • You have knowledge of server / client technologies from the areas of Microsoft Windows (e.g. MS Azure and Intune) or Linux  
  • You ideally have experience with monitoring tools for monitoring system environments, such as Checkmk
  • You are familiar with the use of ITIL-based ticket systems, ideally ServiceNow  
  • You ideally have first experiences in knowledge and information management and corresponding tools (e.g. Confluence)
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You have analytical skills and see yourself as a problem solver
  • You are responsible and want to actively contribute to customer satisfaction through your high level of service orientation
  • You are characterized by high intrinsic motivation, team spirit and commitment
  • Phased work at off-peak times, on weekends and on-call duty are no problem for you
  • Convincing communication skills and a confident appearance round off your profile
