About this position

What you can expect

You take on the role of service manager for medium to large services. You will support both new and existing customers. As a central contact person, you are available to the customer and the delivery units. In addition to process consulting and implementation, you will define relevant service KPIs, conduct regular service reviews and monitor service quality. You ensure compliance with specified processes according to ITIL and continuously optimize them. The operation of standard tools for ticket documentation, maintenance of operating manuals and creation of regular reports are also part of your daily routine. 

What you should bring to the table

  • Professional experience in the management and implementation of IT services appropriate for the position 
  • Sound methodological knowledge in IT service management as well as certifications in ITSM frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT    
  • High IT affinity as well as relevant knowledge of business processes and structures 
  • Business fluent in German and English language
  • High degree of responsibility and analytical skills as well as willingness to travel, high intrinsic motivation, team spirit and commitment 
  • Quick familiarization with complex, rapidly changing topics as well as the ability to keep an eye on the essentials in this dynamic environment  
  • Convincing communication skills and a confident appearance round off your profile
